Paul Jarman-Williams

Paul is a transactional lawyer turned trusted adviser and commercial operator. Paul has built the second half of his career as the ultimate 'No. 2' - the support system and sounding board that founders, principals and leadership teams rely on to execute their vision.
His background includes 15 years in corporate and M&A law at market leading firms Burness Paull and Dickson Minto, before joining Michael Welch OBE where he runs Mike's family office. Paul also has significant hands-on operational experience managing high-growth companies like Envoy International, Atterley.com, Tirescanner.com and Rolo Tyres.
The combination of deep operational experience, elite legal training and knowledge of the issues and priorities of the various family offices and founders that he has worked with gives Paul a broad and very practical understanding of how finance, law, day-to-day operations and long term wealth planning intersect.
Michael Welch OBE

As the President and CEO of Tirebuyer.com, Mike leads one of America’s largest online tire retailers with over 11,000 installers across the USA. Starting out as a tire installer at 16, Mike has over 25 years experience in ecommerce and the tire industry, having founded and sold three successful companies (Motorforce, Blackcircles.com and Tirescanner.com) to Kwik-Fit, Michelin and American Tire Distributors respectively. Mike is also the founder of Treadsy.com, a B2B2C platform for retail in the online tire space.
Julian Flick
Company Secretary
Julian is an expert administrator who has worked in a variety of roles across the business and legal spheres, gaining valuable experience of company secretarial work, AML and general project management.
Having started as a legal secretary for an international law firm in Frankfurt, Germany he moved to Edinburgh in 2016 where he went on to work in a law firm with Paul Jarman-Williams who then recruited him as an Executive Assistant for Michael Welch. Following a successful stint in that role, Julian set up his own business as an Executive Assistant which role he combines with his role as Company Secretary to Full Circle Partners.
