Acquisitions

We look at opportunities to acquire trading businesses on a sector agnostic basis, both for our connected Family Office, The Welch Group, and for a selection of other Family Offices with whom we work and invest on a syndicated basis.

 

We have flexibility in our criteria but our focus is on businesses that are EBITDA positive with a good trading history and where the existing shareholders are looking to transition out either immediately or over time. We are happy to look at backing MBO or MBI opportunities, bringing the benefit of funding plus our commercial, legal and operational experience to bear.
