FCP PROPERTY FUND
Full Circle Partners launched a property fund in late 2017 and is projected to grow the initial £6m property assets and loan book at launch to up to £20m by 2019.

Short Term Liquidity: bridging loans or investments backed by quality property security over periods of 6, 9 or 12 months, allowing established property investors and developers to secure development opportunities.
Development Equity: investment into property development SPVs to allow established property businesses to extend their equity reach. Typical investment time frames would be 12 to 24 months maximum with quality property security.
Corporate Property Utilisation: facilitating the acquisition, transfer or lending against corporate property assets as part of a wider operational business plan for investment in a trade.
